Preparation
Before you begin, confirm your account access
This page covers only the core path to your first connection. Before you begin, make sure your device can open the VPNFB user panel and prepare a memorable username and password that you do not reuse with other services. VPNFB does not require an email address when creating an account, so save your credentials securely. You will need them to sign in when changing devices, checking plan status, or copying subscription details.
Both the client and subscription details come from the user panel. This page does not provide static installers or display a ready-to-use subscription address. That ensures you get an access point linked to your current account and plan, rather than an outdated file or invalid configuration detached from your account status. If you only want to compare options, start with the plans page; if you are ready to follow the process, begin by creating an account.
The complete user manual also covers route principles, long-term maintenance, renewals, and more detailed troubleshooting. You do not need to learn these topics before your first connection; if you encounter an issue not covered here, consult the complete manual.
Step One
Create an account and save your credentials
Open the account creation page and set a username and password. VPNFB does not require an email address, so completing and confirming these two fields is enough to create the account. The username identifies the account and the password is used for future sign-ins. Check your input method and letter case before submitting to avoid mistaking a character mismatch for a failed account creation.
After submitting, you should enter the user panel. If the page stays where it is, first check the message near the fields and confirm that the username format is valid and both password entries match. Do not submit repeatedly. Once the panel loads, check the account overview first. You have not selected a plan yet, so the subscription section may not show an available configuration; this is expected. Continue to the plans section to place an order.
If you close the page and need to continue later, open the panel through “Log in” on the right side of the site navigation and use the username and password you saved. Account credentials and the subscription link serve different purposes: the former is for signing in and managing the service, while the latter lets the client sync routes. Do not use the subscription link as your login password, and avoid storing the two in confusing locations.
Step Two
Choose a plan and place an order
Open the plans section in the user panel and decide whether a monthly subscription that resets each month or a data package that lasts until used suits you better. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire.
If you use several devices regularly and your monthly data needs are fairly steady, choose a monthly subscription based on your usage. If your usage is irregular and you want to keep data across billing cycles, consider a data package. VPNFB does not limit the number of devices online at the same time, but data used by all devices counts toward the same account, so choose based on your actual setup rather than a single device.
After choosing a plan, follow the order details shown in the panel. Payment is supported through Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Before paying, check the plan name, data allowance, and amount again. When payment is complete, return to the user panel to check the plan status. If the payment page shows completion but the panel has not updated, refresh the account overview or sign in again instead of creating the same order repeatedly before its status is confirmed.
VPNFB offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. During initial setup, import the client first and test it with a service you regularly use. Detailed plan comparisons, data resets, and upgrade information are covered on the pricing page.
Step Three
Get a subscription from the user panel
After confirming your plan status, open the account overview. Find the copy option in the subscription section; the panel provides subscription details linked to your current account. The subscription link lets the client read the route list and receive future updates, so you do not need to enter server parameters one by one. Copy the complete content provided by the panel. Do not cut it from the browser address bar or remove characters from the end of the link.
A subscription address may look similar to the example below, but the actual content must be obtained from the VPNFB user panel. The address below is an explicit teaching placeholder and cannot be used to connect:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
After copying, keep the panel open for now. If the client says the format cannot be recognized during the first import, return here and copy the link again to rule out missing clipboard content. Subscription links are tied to your account status and should not be shared publicly or placed in public documents. To use the service on another device, sign in to your own user panel and get the link again instead of forwarding it through a public channel.
The user panel also provides a client entry point. Open the download section for your current system and get the VPNFB client; do not look for a static installer on this page. After installation, keep the subscription details you just copied and import them according to your device platform.
Step Four
Import a client for your platform
Button names and menu locations differ somewhat across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS, but the import process follows the same path: install the VPNFB client for your system, find subscription management, paste the link copied from the user panel, update it, then choose a region from the route list. Once one platform is set up, proceed directly to connection checks; you do not need to configure every platform.
Windows
Download the Windows client from the user panel and install it. Open the client, go to subscription or configuration management, choose import via link, paste the complete subscription address into the field, and confirm. After the update finishes, you should see route names organized by region. Return to the main screen, choose a route that is relatively close to your current network and suitable for the target service, then enable the connection.
During the first Windows connection, the system may ask you to confirm network-related permissions. Check that the prompt comes from the VPNFB client you just installed, then follow the system flow to allow it. Once connected, do not close the client immediately; route switching, subscription updates, and disconnection are all handled from the main screen.
macOS
Get the VPNFB client for macOS from the user panel and open it from the Applications list after installation. Enter subscription management or configuration, choose import from URL, and paste the subscription link. Confirm and update the subscription, wait for the route list to appear, then select a region and connect from the main screen. If macOS displays a network configuration prompt, follow its system instructions to authorize it.
Some macOS clients place subscription management in a menu bar icon rather than the main window. If you cannot find an obvious import button, check the client icon in the menu bar at the top of the screen and look for subscription, configuration, or update options. Successful import is confirmed not by a disappearing button, but by a route list synced from the subscription appearing in the client.
Android
Download and install the Android client from the user panel. Open it, find the option to add a subscription or import from a link, paste the subscription details, and update them. When the routes appear, choose the target region and turn on the connection switch. The first network connection may display a permission prompt; read the system message and continue.
If the client says the pasted content is empty, return to the user panel and copy the complete link again, then check for leading or trailing spaces in the clipboard. If the subscription is imported but the list has not changed, manually update it from subscription management instead of repeatedly adding the same configuration. This prevents multiple duplicate subscriptions with similar names.
iOS
On iOS, use a client that supports importing subscription links; follow the instructions in the user panel’s download section for how to obtain it. After installation, open the client and paste the link under subscription, configuration, or import from URL. Update it, choose a route, and connect. The system will ask you to confirm the new network configuration; authorize it through the system interface, then return to the client to check the status.
If the iOS client uses a split view or bottom navigation, subscription management is usually under configuration, while the connection switch is on the home screen. Import the subscription under configuration first, then return home to choose a route and connect. Do not repeatedly tap the switch with an empty configuration. After a successful update, route names should appear in the selectable list.
Step Five
Connect and verify that it works
After the client updates the subscription, choose a region from the route list and connect. For the first test, choose a route that is relatively close to your current network and suitable for the target service; there is no need to switch repeatedly between regions. Wait until the client clearly shows a connection status before opening the browser or target app. If the app was already open, fully quit and reopen it so it uses the new network route correctly.
The first check is your exit IP. Open VPNFB’s IP check page and confirm that the exit location matches the selected route region. If the original network exit is still shown, first verify that the client’s connection switch is enabled, then check that you selected the configuration you just imported. Seeing the client open does not prove that traffic is using the selected route; assess it together with the exit result.
The second check is the target website or app. Open the service you actually plan to use and confirm that the page loads, the sign-in flow continues, and access does not keep returning to the original network path. For AI Tools, see the ChatGPT acceleration guide for route-selection ideas; for Streaming, see support options. During the first check, test only your main use case rather than every region.
If both the exit IP and target service behave as expected, initial setup is complete. If the exit IP is correct but one service will not load, troubleshoot route compatibility first: disconnect, choose another route suited to that service, and reconnect. After switching, check the exit IP again and reopen the target app so an old connection state is not mistaken for the result of the new route.
After Setup
Everyday use and basic troubleshooting
For everyday use, you generally only need to open the client, confirm the subscription is still present, choose a route, and connect. When the route list changes, update it from the client’s subscription management section instead of deleting and importing it again. When changing devices, get the client and subscription details from your own user panel and follow the steps for that platform. VPNFB allows unlimited devices online at the same time, but all devices still draw data from the same account.
When a connection behaves unexpectedly, a fixed order makes diagnosis easier: check the account plan status, update the subscription, choose another route and reconnect, then check the exit IP and target service. If only one app is not using the expected route, review per-app or routing settings in the client. These advanced settings vary by platform and are not covered further on this page.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages last until used and never expire. To check remaining status, upgrade a plan, or handle renewal, return to the account overview and plans section in the user panel. For payment records, subscription maintenance, route types, and more complete troubleshooting steps, continue to the VPNFB complete user manual.
The Fixed Path After Setup
Open the client → Update the subscription → Choose a route → Establish the connection → Check the exit IP and target service
Keeping this order separates account status, subscription syncing, route selection, and app access, reducing repeated installations and duplicate configurations.
